May Santa gives you the same :p

I hope you all get tons of monitors. This is how I keep on top of everything going on on social networks.

The Windows on my iMac are, from the left:

1. Quora.
2. Hacker News.
3. Google+.
4. Gmail.
5. Techmeme.
5b (hidden): Spotify.
5c (hidden): Skype.
6. Facebook.
7. Salesforce Chatter.
8. Twitter.

On the iPad: StreamBoard.
On the iPhone: Teleportd.
On the MacBook Air: AngelList.
On the Vizio 65-inch TV: Apple TV or Comcast or Xbox.

All of these windows stream and change in real time.

The microphones are Blue Microphones (my favorite is the Baby Bottle on the left).

This system absolutely rocks and I feel so fortunate to be able to afford it. I remember seeing multiple monitor systems at my geek friends rooms and feeling so jealous that I couldn't afford them.

This has made me a lot more productive although I'm still horrible at answering email. I do read every single email, though.

Anyway, hope Santa brings you all more monitors. I've decided you can't have enough.

Oh, off screen I have a Google Chromebook and a Toshiba Tablet, along with a few other phones, but I figure I'd only include those screens I regularly use.

Facebook timeline

After months of slow, gradual rollout, Facebook Timeline is now available to all users.

The Timeline is a radical redesign of Facebook‘s user profile pages, introduced at Facebook’s F8 conference in September. Instead of merely listing your interests and personal info, the Timeline shows a detailed overview of your life on Facebook, with the ability to check out what you’ve been out to at a particular point in time.

SEE ALSO: Facebook Timeline: The Complete Guide

Timeline comes with a new tool called the Activity Log, which enables you to finely tune what appears on your Timeline; you can “promote” a post to featured status, you can hide it from the Timeline or delete it altogether.

Like all major Facebook redesigns, Timeline was greeted with a fair share of criticism. Some users were concerned about Facebook’s request that users add even more personal info, as well as the fact that Timeline makes this info easily accessible, which could lead to identity theft.

The good news is that Facebook is implementing a seven day grace period, where you can review anything that appears on the timeline and decide whether you want anyone to see it. However, once you upgrade to Timeline, that new profile will “go live” at the end of the seven-day review period.

As of today, Timeline will also be available on Android devices as well as the mobile version of Facebook – m.facebook.com.

BMW 328 Hommage

the German company BMW attracted the attention of visitors with an impressive concept car.
The car was inspired by the legendary Model 328, for which we have noted that the age of 75 years, but it has lots of retro elements, it is equipped with all sorts of modern technology. So-called Hommage concept BMW 328 is equipped with 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine, which does not mention details, but thanks to its low weight of only 780 kg. The car probably has a phenomenal dynamics.
In the design concept in a very good way retro lines are combined with classical forms, but unfortunately it will remain only a demonstration vehicle and will hardly ever be placed on the conveyor.

Seasons Manipulate Car prices in Saudi

as we all know that price of petrol is a big influence on car prices, we've seen GMC trucks take a leap on price matters from 11 thousands to 40 thousands letter-ally speaking , but that a one time thing to happen, but to see the price fluctuate every year and on a specific season , that got to be written about, so a car buyer would know what to buy and when to buy, in winter you need to stay away from 4x4 cars, cause the price is up to the roof and it's mostly over priced because of the seller greed and also because the buyer won't keep it for long so he will pay whatever it takes to fly away from town on this car he just bought and will sell afterward, giving him freedom to give it hell and not to worry about workshop or any spar-part issues, so 4x4 is not recommended on winter season, secondly during Hajj season try to avoid the SUV cars because many workers in the field of transporting of Pilgrims are competing in the market, last thing avoid the cars that has been used by a Kdad cause he has no mercy for the car whatsoever, take my word.

How To Enable iOS 5’s Hidden Auto-Correct Feature

Turns out iOS 5 is hiding Easter Eggs aplenty. Besides the camera's secret panorama mode, an Android-style auto-correct bar has been uncovered as well.

Here's how to enable the feature in just six steps per 9 to 5 Mac:

1. Download iBackupBot
2. Backup your iPhone/iPod in iTunes
3. Open iBackupBot and find the backup, then load it.
4. Find Library/Preferences/com.apple.keyboard.plist and open the file. (if your software isn't registered you'll have to press cancel and then it will open)
5. Add in the following code: KeyboardAutocorrectionListsYES
6. Save your modifications, and then restore from backup from within iBackupbot.

The world's most overpriced tech products

The world's most overpriced tech products
By Suzanne Kantra, Techlicious.com
When coming up with my list for the most overpriced tech products, I had to set some ground rules. Simply slapping some diamonds and platinum on an iPad wouldn‘t count — anyone could do that. The product had to be designed by the company selling it and the product price needed to far exceed the intrinsic value of the materials. I also selected products where the overpricing is made even more obvious by having much cheaper options available that are just as functional (or in some cases more so).
In the end, I came up with six products that are so outrageously overpriced they just had to make the list. Here they are:

Vertu
#6. Vertu Constellation Quest Smartphone ($8,299)
Vertu, a division of Nokia, has built a brand around super-luxury cell phones for the Hollywood glitterati and Russian oligarchs of the world. The Vertu Constellation Quest is a beautiful phone, with hand-tooled leather, sapphire keys and other luxury features. But at the end of the day, it’s still just a phone, and not a very advanced one, either. Running Nokia’s dated Symbian operating system and with a tiny 2.5-inch display, it’s decidedly behind the times. For $8,299 you should expect more, and you get more with practically any iPhone or Android phone on the market — most of which are under $600, even without a contract.
#5. Bang & Olufsen BeoVision 4 —85-inch 3-D TV ($85,000)

Bang & Olufsen
Bang & Olufsen has always been a premium-priced brand, but they’ve outdone themselves with the BeoVision 4 85-inch plasma TV. With its whopping $85,000 price tag, the BeoVision 4 clocks in at mind-blowing $1,000 per inch. Sure it has some cool features, like a screen that automatically lowers when you’re not watching it, but who really needs that? Instead, pick up Sharp’s new Aquos 80” LED LCD for a mere $4,500.
#4. Leica M9 Titanium Digital Camera ($28,000)
What happens when you take an already pricey $7,000 Leica M9 camera and put it the hands of automobile designer Walter de'Silva from Audi? You get the even more pricey $28,000 M9 Titanium version made from titanium, sapphire crystal and leather typically used on Audi cars. While I appreciate that the “Leica logo has been restyled and is elaborately hand-engraved in pure resin, inlaid with white enamel, sealed with clear varnish and then polished and positioned centrally — directly above the lens“, I think I’ll save 21 grand and go with the base model.

AudioQuest
#3. AudioQuest Diamond HDMI Cable ($1,495)
There is no shortage of overpriced HDMI cables on the market, but AudioQuest takes the cake with its Diamond line, charging a jaw-dropping $1,495 for a 6-foot cable. What do you get for that price? A lot of marketing hooey, mostly, about solid silver connectors and proprietary insulation. Digital signals aren’t prone to interference over short lengths, and there is scant evidence that higher-quality cables make any difference. Instead, get a 6-foot cable from highly regarded Monoprice.com for $3.50.

Goldmund
#2. Goldmund Eidos Reference Blue Blu-ray Player ($170,000)
How can the Eidos Reference Blue Blu-ray player possibly cost as much as a house? According to Goldmund, ”It is because our specialists made absolutely no compromise between the quality and refinement of the finish, the exceptional mechanical construction and the cost.” For those of us that have to make compromises, we will likely be better off with the Samsung BD-D6500 (well under $200 retail), which offers many useful features not available in the Eidos Reference Blue, such as 3-D output, built-in Wi-Fi and hundreds of apps. And don’t worry about compromising the picture; "Avatar" is going to look just as good on the Samsung player, and you’ll have enough money left over to buy a house to watch it in.
#1. Text messaging from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon (20 cents a message)
With all the high-priced gizmos out there, how does a 20-cent text message make my #1 spot? Let’s do a little math. AT&T charges 20 cents per text message. A single text message is limited to 160 characters, which is at most 160 bytes in size. So, 1 GB of bandwidth can handle about 6.25 million text messages. Multiply 6.25 million by 20 cents and you find that the cell phone companies are charging $1.25 million per GB of data for text messaging. If you’re a heavy texter, texting plans from the carriers can drive cost per gigabyte down into the tens-of-thousands of dollars. Or use that old standby, email, instead.

Apple and Blackberry Crumble

IOS 5 is available now and you can download it directly from itunes it has some new features and it is jailbreakable as devteam stated with redsnow , Though every one is complaining about "error 3200" and it's somehow came after steve died , we didn't used to have a common error like that when steve was the CEO i guess every horse must have a hump
Now Blackberry has been shutdown for almost 3 days and they say it's maintanance while we know best not to be fooled with an albay like that, i mean if it was maintanance then why comesthe shutdown all on a sudden , i say this remind me when Sony Network got hacked and i can't see how that was a maintanance , all in all it is such a shame to see big Tech companies can't handle the trust people have put on them.
Sigh , just sigh for you Steve it's just a week now and look to the apple you gave your life to prosper , i can't say the same about blackberry but it sure has a lot to do from now on.

Bently SUV to be released in 2015

The future Bentley SUV, a vehicle that is scheduled to enter the market in 2015, will satisfy the company’s luxury ambitions, being set to arrive with a 12-cylinder petrol engine.

According to autocar, the decision was taken to help the company in it’s fight for supremacy in the luxury world, with the poweplant expected to be a future generation of the current W12 unit used by the Continental range.

However, it is possible for the SUV, shown here in a rendering by deviantart user blackstripe77, to be fitted with a diesel engine, as Bentley could offer it with a next-generation of the Audi V12 TDI unit, which currently powers the Q7.

Bentley has gone to great lengths in order to make the SUV plan work, with the company replacing its chief engineer, Elrich Eichhorm, with Rolf Frech, who comes from Porsche, bringing a complex experience in the field, as he has been a part of the Cayenne development team.

Blackerry 9900 beats iPhone 4

The design philosophy for the 9900 drew heavily from luxury brands such as BMW, Panerai and Prada leather boots. It shows.

The display is made from extra hardened glass, the carbon fibre looking back is actually constructed from a glass composite and the iPhone’esque brushed metal band that circles the phone, contributes to an extremely solid feel overall.

The 9900 is RIM’s thinnest BlackBerry to date at 10.5mm. Weighing in at a mere 130g and flanked by soft-touch rubber, the 9900 feels great in hand, and despite being quite sizable at 66mm wide and 116mm high, still fits comfortably in your pocket thanks to its thin profile.

The 9900′s colour scheme, including the backlighting is almost entirely monochrome with only the notification LED delivering some colour to the palette. The trackpad is now lit up, which is a nice addition but it feels awkwardly placed. I found myself accidentally touching the screen at times when swiping up on the trackpad. It’s a small gripe however, as I intuitively used using the touchscreen mostly, and I wondered if RIM considered doing away with the trackpad all together.

The 9900 has one convenience key on the right-hand side of the phone — programmed to open the camera by default –, as well as volume up and down keys. The mute button is now situated between the volume rockers. A lone lock/unlock button is situated at the top, while on the left you’ll find a 3.5mm headphone jack and microUSB port. On the bottom of the phone, there are two contact points for the BlackBerry Charging Pod, a speaker, and hidden behind a piece of faux metal you’ll find the antenna — RIM’s clearly heeding lessons learned from antennagate.

The SIM and microSD slots are inside the battery compartment, and it’s worth noting that you can’t extract or insert a microSD card without first removing the battery.

Performance

The 9900′s heart is a Qualcomm Scorpion MSM 8655 processor which runs at 1.2GHz (twice as fast as the fastest last generation BlackBerries) on the Snapdragon S2 chipset. The chipset brings an Adreno 205 GPU to the table which means for the first time on a GSM BlackBerry, you get hardware accelerated graphics or “Liquid Graphics” as RIM likes to call it. Developers can tap into the GPU through the OpenGL ES 2.0 API for their 2D and 3D application needs, which mean you could potentially run Angry Birds on your 9900 — if it ever received Rovio’s blessing.

If I were writing this review one year ago, these specs would have been super competitive. Even today for example, the Adreno 205 is faster than the iPhone 4′s PowerVR SGX535 GPU, and the MSM 8655 beats the iPhone 4′s ARM Cortex-A8 processor, but dual-core CPUs became the norm for high-end smartphones this year, and quad-core CPUs are already confirmed for 2012.

The 9900′s internals feels like last year’s hotness.

On the flip side, on a BlackBerry running the BlackBerry OS 7, the difference that the new chipset makes is nothing short of astounding. Apps open and close instantly, HD video recording and playback is smooth, the web browser runs 40 percent faster than on OS 6, and although the watch icon — BlackBerry OS’s version of the hourglass — appears from time to time, one wonders why, as the 9900 remains responsive even in situations where performance historically took a hit, like when installing apps.

Arguing in favour of the 9900′s antediluvian internals, the existing BlackBerry app catalogue isn’t really processor hungry anyway, and yet the small number of OS 7 apps that do take advantage of the new chipset, run phenomenally well.

If the 9900 were released a year ago, we might have had some compelling titles by now, but I’m not overly hopeful developers will be inspired to develop for OS 7. QNX handsets and a new SDK are already rumoured for Q1 2012, and so OS 7, soon to be usurped, running on last year’s internals, means that the app catalogue will probably remain modest for the time being.

The World Fastest Car

Bugatti Veyron Super Sport: 267 mph, that is 427.2 km/h Aluminum, Narrow Angle 8 Liter W16 Engine with 1200 hp, base price is $2,400,000. Although the Bugatti Veyron lost the title to SSC Ultimate Aero on March 2007, Bugatti challenge the record in Germany on July 10, 2010 with the new 2010 Super Sport Version and the Veyron once again claims the title of the fastest car in the world at 267 mph. The original Bugatti Veyron has a top speed of 253 mph, priced at $1,700,000 and equipped with 1001 hp. me opening this blog with the Bugatti is because it's a pure art , the tires it self is a breaking through combination and it required a tremendous work because finding tires that can handle a speed like the get's tires and also would be so light to help the car reach that crazy speed is not an easy or more likely an option, not to mention it's not a racing car so the owner won't change tires every 70 mile , Michllan won the competition and they made those unique tires after 6 months of dictated work those tires are the widest ever made for a passenger car, also it can run flat for 201 km/h with a speed of 80 km/h
